Return & Refund Policy

At Kingdom Heritage, we take great care in offering premium heritage gifts, custom designs, VIP gifts, and handcrafted products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days from receiving the product, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The product is in its original condition
- The product is in its original packaging
- The original invoice or order confirmation is provided
Saudi e-commerce guidance commonly recognizes a consumer’s right to return eligible online purchases within 7 days, provided the product has not been used or benefited from, with certain exceptions such as customized products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Customized products
- Personalized gifts
- Products made according to customer specifications
- Engraved or printed items
- Special order products
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Products without original packaging
Because many Kingdom Heritage products are custom-made or specially designed, returns may not be accepted once production has started or the final design has been approved by the customer.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
After reviewing the case, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Store credit
- Refund, where applicable
4. Custom Design Approval
For custom orders, the customer must review and approve the design, size, material, color, spelling, logo, and all details before production.
Once the design is approved and production begins, cancellation, return, or refund may not be possible unless the final product is significantly different from the approved design.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or payment method.
Delivery charges, installation charges, customization charges, and special packaging charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a mistake from Kingdom Heritage, such as a wrong or defective item, we may cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Delivery Delays
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout or agreed with the customer. For custom products, delivery time depends on design approval, production schedule, and material availability.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
