Once the customer approves the design and production begins, changes may require extra charges and additional time.

7. Delivery

Delivery time depends on product availability, order quantity, production time, and delivery location.

For custom products, delivery time begins after final design approval and payment confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays
  • Wrong address provided by the customer
  • Customer not responding to delivery calls
  • Force majeure events
  • Government restrictions
  • Customs or shipping issues where applicable

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, printed, or special order products may not be returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
